HONEY HARBOUR V & X
PREFAB COTTAGES
As part of a joint venture with the prominent prefab home builder, The Canada Builds Company, art_chitect was commissioned to help re-envision a new design for CB's best selling unit, The Honey Harbour. The mandate was to design a contemporary version of the Honey Harbour, while keeping the original floor plan in tact. The result was two new models; The Honey Harbour V and the Honey Harbour X.

The Honey Harbour V shares the same floor plan as the original Honey Habour, however it is wrapped with contemporary materials such as black metal siding and wood soffits.
The Honey Harbour X is based off of the popular 1,402 square foot Honey Harbour model, and integrates a new second floor master suite loft option, with panoramic views that can be enjoyed from a massive roof terrace.
